Enter your booking reference number to make changes or cancel. Below you will find the applicable terms and conditions for changing a booking.
If you would like to change or cancel individual bookings:
If you have independently booked a ticket for the Masca Gorge trail through the central booking system, the following conditions are applied to any changes and cancellations:
- With more than 72 hours’ notice:
- Changes or cancellations will be free of charge.
- In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.
- In the event of a change, the new date must be within one year of your original booking date.
- 72 hours or less in advance:
- Changes with less than 72 hours’ notice are not allowed—only cancellations.
- You will be charged 100% of the booking fee for the cancellation.
If you do not turn up for your booking without requesting a change or cancellation in advance, you will not be given a refund.
If you would like to change or cancel group bookings made by authorised collaborating companies:
Once formalised, bookings cannot be changed, only cancelled.
- With more than 72 hours’ notice:
- Cancellation will be free of charge and you will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.
- 72 hours or less in advance:
- You will be charged 100% of the booking fee for the cancellation.
If the Masca Gorge Trail or the jetty is closed on the booked day and time:
If the managing agent of the trail decides to cancel visits due to force majeure (adverse weather warning, rough seas, maintenance work, etc.), anyone who has made a booking will be notified as far in advance as possible. Please bear in mind that, in the event of adverse weather, notification may be given just a few hours in advance. In any event, you may change your booking date or cancel at no cost. - If you would like to change your booking to another day, you may do so free of charge. You have 30 days to think about it and notify us of the new date within 1 year (subject to availability).
- If you would like to cancel your booking, you will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.
